It's been a while

Ahoy! It has been a while... been busy with some uni work for a presentation and just generally be lazy. Plus also rediscovered Age of Empires (II) and it reignited my passion for town planning :P

In the last post I had designed a couple of houses in a similar style. I have added a third. This one was a little ambitious and included a garage.

First two are obviously the building with the others, and then on its' own.

I then had a go at designing another house for me to potentially purchase through the pick-a-brick service. This one is fairly boring, owing to the limited types and colours of bricks available. If I had an inventory of all the bricks I could purchase, that would make designing a little easier, but yeah, don't have that...

As with all the houses I design, each level can be lifted off so that one can access the different floors.

Most recently I have been working on a terraced house, having a bit of fun with simple details.

Three storey building with one bedroom and a bathroom, and an artist's studio on the top floor. .

Studio, complete with paint brushes, tools and paints.

Bedroom floor, with the bathroom.

Close up of the balcony doors/windows.

 From the outside.

The lower floor.

I quite like this design. It is relatively simple. I think it is a bit squat though. Should be taller to fit the width. But oh well. Am learning I guess.
